Functional Description: Able to walk in an unorthodox way.

Medical Description: All four limbs affected. May be able to walk in an unorthodox way, balance and coordination grossly affected.

  • May need a walking aid i.e. rollator.
  • Balance and coordination grossly affected.
  • Has severe difficulty controlling all four limbs when performing an activity.
  • May need help to get into a standing position.
  • May need help or be very slow in performing ADL.
