Functional Description: Moderate / slight impairment in all four limbs.
Medical Description: All four limbs affected. Gross coordination and balance affected.
- Extreme shortness of limbs.
- Independent in activities of daily living (ADL) but may be slower and less coordinated.
- May have slight communication difficulties.
