Profile 26

Able to walk, but has moderate difficulty controlling all four limbs when performing an activity.

Profile Group: G3

Functional Description: Moderate / slight impairment in all four limbs.

Medical Description: All four limbs affected. Gross coordination and balance affected.

  • Slight coordination and balance difficulties.
  • Independent in activities of daily living (ADL) but may be slower and less coordinated.
  • May have slight communication difficulties.

Moderate to slight weakness, spasticity or athetosis in two limbs May or may not be affected Moderate to slight weakness, spasticity or athetosis in two limbs

Impairment in all four limbs, but not as severe as profile 12.

Medical diagnoses (example):Participation:
Cerebral Palsy (Quadriplegia).
Inclusion spectrum – modified, disability sport, parallel, separate.
