Both arms severely impaired, both legs moderately impaired.

Profile Group: G3

Functional Description: Impairment in four limbs.

Medical Description: All four limbs affected.

  • Both arms severely impaired.
  • Both legs moderately impaired.
  • Able to perform ADL but may be slower and less coordinated.
  • Should be independent with activities of daily living (ADL).
