A wheelchair user with good use in one arm, may use a power wheelchair or manual wheelchair.

Functional Description: A wheelchair user.
Medical Description: Three limbs affected. Unable to walk or participate in sport standing.
- Good use of only one arm.
- May require an electric power chair if unable to propel an adapted manual chair.
- May need assistance to perform activities for daily living (ADL).
