Medical Description: All four limbs affected. May be able to walk in an unorthodox way, balance and coordination grossly affected.
- May need a walking aid i.e. rollator.
- Balance and coordination grossly affected.
- Has severe difficulty controlling all four limbs when performing an activity.
- May need help to get into a standing position.
- May need help or be very slow in performing ADL.
