Bio

Luke Drennan is one of the top ranked players in the deaf Group 8 classification and a former winner of the European Championship and Champion of Champions.

The Englishman made his WDBS debut at the 2021 Hull Open, where he reached the semi-finals of his maiden event, and won his first ranking event title two years 0n at the same event by defeating Gary Taylor in the title match.

A seven-time WDBS event winner, Drennan showed the best form of his career during the 2024/25 campaign – winning the first ever European Championship title in Albufeira, Portugal and going on to add the Belgian Open and Hull Open crowns to his ranking event tally.

He rounded off a memorable season that also saw him rise to world number one for the first time by defeating reigning world champion Kristof De Bruyn 6-3 at the Landywood Snooker Club to win the Champion of Champions title for the first time.
